Carson, CA -- (Sports Network) - The San Jose Earthquakes extended their unbeaten run to six games with a 0-0 tie against Chivas USA at The Home Depot Center in Major League Soccer action on Saturday night.

With the draw, Chivas USA (6-9-6) moves into a tie with the Colorado Rapids and Los Angeles Galaxy for second-to-last in the Western Conference table while San Jose (5-9-7) is two points back in the basement.

San Jose will aim to extend its unbeaten run when it hosts Kansas City next Saturday in its next league fixture while Chivas USA hosts Toronto the same day.
