Summer Jackson

Summer Jackson joins WSB-TV Channel 2 after previously working at CLTV in Chicago where she mixed and mingled with celebrities and covered restaurants and events as Host/Reporter for the nightly Entertainment Show, “metromix.”

Before CLTV, she worked at WVUE in New Orleans reporting on everything from crime to tropical storms and Mardi Gras. Her biggest story of all was covering Hurricane Katrina.

She has also worked at WBRZ in Baton Rouge and at WICD in Danville, Illinois.

A Chicago native, Summer received her degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign.

She spends her free-time shopping, reading, enjoying theater and music, swimming and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
