Increasing clouds tonight with lows warmer than the past few mornings. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and some strong storms later in the day and evening. A few of the storms will contain damaging winds and frequent lightning strikes. The front should stall just south of Atlanta on Monday keeping the south metro area in an unsettled pattern.

Tonight: partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s to near 70 intown. Light and variable winds.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and frequent lightning in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 80s. West winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
Sunday Night: thunderstorms likely in the evening, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds and frequent lightning in the evening. Lows around 70. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent.
Monday: partly cloudy. Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
